About SiteReadable
SiteReadable checks how readable a website is for people, for search engines and for AI assistants, in one scan.
Why it exists
Since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act requires many consumer-facing digital services in the EU, such as online shops and banking, to be accessible. Most small and mid-sized companies have no accessibility specialist and no evidence they could show a customer or an authority.
At the same time, more buyers ask AI assistants which company to choose. The same structural problems, such as missing headings, unlabelled images and content that only appears with JavaScript, make a site harder to use with a screen reader and harder for an AI assistant to read. SiteReadable measures both with one engine.
What works today
- A free audit of any public page: accessibility checks, SEO, performance (Google PageSpeed Insights) and an AI-readiness score.
- An AI answer visibility scan: customer-style questions about the business are put to an AI assistant (Google Gemini), and the scan measures whether the site is named and cited.
- An open methodology that states what the checks cover and what they cannot. Automated checks catch many accessibility issues, not all of them. Not legal advice.
What is being built (planned)
- Monitor: weekly re-scans, history and regression alerts.
- Compliance: an accessibility statement, an evidence archive, an auditor-ready PDF report and issue export to Jira and YouTrack.
- Agency: white-label reports for web agencies that look after many client sites.
Paid plans open through a waitlist while billing is set up. See plans and pricing.
Who it is for
- Small and mid-sized companies in the EU whose website brings in revenue.
- Web agencies whose clients are starting to ask about the European Accessibility Act.
